Silver Standard Package

This level offers essential home maintenance services that can be tailored to meet your basic needs.

    • Visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the residency

    • Collect mail

    • Water interior plants

    • Check all doors and windows are secured

    • Flush Toilets and run water

  • $60 per hour, one-hour minimum, or inquire about a monthly rate after consultation.

    *Hourly rate can be subject to change based on homeowners specific needs

Popular Short Term Concierge

Gold Elite Package

Elevate your home concierge experience with our Gold Elite tier, providing enhanced concierge services.

    • Visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the residency

    • Water interior plants

    • Check all doors and windows are secured

    • Collect mail

    • Organize/ Oversee repair and service work

    • Maintain HVAC filters and drain lines

    • Pre-hurricane and post-hurricane preparations

    • Operate sprinkler system for inspection

    • Run maintenance cycle through washer

    • Flush Toilets and run water

  • $70 per hour, one-hour minimum, or inquire about a monthly rate after consultation.

    *Hourly rate can be subject to change based on homeowners specific needs

Black-Label Premier

Experience the epitome of excellence with our Black Label Premier service. Offering premium concierge services and ensuring an unparalleled level of satisfaction.

    • Visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the residency

    • Flush Toilets and run water

    • Water interior plants

    • Check all doors and windows are secured

    • Collect mail

    • Organize/ Oversee repair and maintenance service work

    • Change HVAC filter(s) and flush drain line(s)

    • Pre-hurricane and post-hurricane preparations (Supplies not included) and inspections

    • Operate sprinkler system for inspection

    • Start vehicles and organize maintenance

    • Stock kitchen upon return

    • Organize airport transfers

    • Prepare residence for dormancy and returning

  • $80 per hour, one-hour minimum, or inquire about a monthly rate after consultation.
